Nicolas Belisle, Property Manager

Nicolas comes to property management with a diploma in Business Administration from the University of Victoria and with both the Rental Property Management and Strata Management Licensing Courses taught through the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia.

Nicolas has 14 years of experience in property management with a highly respected company in Victoria. Beginning as a building manager, he moved into successively more responsible positions in the company. After becoming a property manager in the head office, his successful organization and management of the single unit department led to a management portfolio of over 1200 units, including 26 apartment buildings, 2 strata buildings and the supervision of 20 building managers.

Joining JONESco Real Estate Inc gives Nicolas an opportunity to use his experience to establish a new property management division for the company.

Always looking to challenge himself, Nicolas continues to further his education and knowledge of the industry.

Helen Jones has been a REALTOR® since 1974. In 1992, recognizing the need for a tutor to be available for real estate students, she started tutoring UBC’s Pre-Licensing course.
